Eligibility
Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students of CUHK who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and made notable contributions during the 2025–26 academic year are eligible to apply.
Applications may be submitted either individually or as a group (consisting of 2 to 10 students).
Application Procedures
Complete Online Application: Eligible students must complete and submit the online application form.
Upload Photo: Applicants must upload a professional publicity portrait or styled profile photo that reflects their personality or field of expertise (minimum 2,000 pixels on the longest side).
Submit Referee Details: Applicants must invite at least one, and no more than three, referees to complete a recommendation form. Suitable referees include College Deans, College Masters, College Secretaries, professors, research supervisors, and other relevant individuals who can attest to the applicant’s outstanding achievements. Each referee must complete a separate form.
Ensure Complete Submission: Applications without at least one completed recommendation form will not be considered. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in disqualification.
Important Notice
Selection Process: Award recipients will be selected by the Selection Panel in accordance with the assessment criteria outlined here.
Announcement of Results: Results for the Outstanding Students Awards 2026 will be announced by the end of November 2026. Recipients will be notified via email.
Award Ceremony: Applicants are kindly requested to reserve time in early 2027 to attend the Outstanding Students Awards 2026 Presentation Ceremony.
