The CUHK HKACA Student Leadership Programme is a collaborative effort among different units, including Colleges, the Strategic Events and External Projects Office (SEEPO), the Security Office (SCU), the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the Hong Kong Army Cadets Association (HKACA). A student team of flag-raising is formed which provides students with the opportunities to attend respective training sessions and take part in all the Flag-raising Ceremony held at CUHK. By joining the programme, students can expect to cultivate the following skills and qualities:

• Acquire essential skills on the national and regional flag-raising skills;
• Develop a stronger sense of belonging and commitment to the CUHK and the community;
• Develop better skills in leadership, communication and collaboration.
