Open recruitment for student representatives of University Committees 2025/26 has been successfully completed. A total of 47 student representatives serve on 25 University Committees, along with 2 newly added committees for the Election Committees.
On 13 and 20 March 2025, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) arranged two orientation and sharing sessions that gathered student representatives. During these sessions, Ms. Elaine Tam, Director of Student Affairs, introduced the structure and governance of University Management while highlighting valuable learning opportunities for student representatives. Through experience sharing and engaging interactions, student representatives gained a comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities, fostering connections and facilitating the exchange of opinions.
The University appreciates the enthusiasm and dedication of the student representatives. Their willingness and active participation to engage in committee work are highly valued. OSA is committed to empowering student representatives as a connection between fellow students and the University, cultivating a trustworthy relationship that promotes fruitful learning and synergistic collaboration.
