Collaboration with External Organisations
We believe the power of collaboration with external organisations could provide our students with valuable experiential learning opportunities. Through partnerships with external organisations, we offer a diverse range of activities and projects that enhance our students’ whole-person development. For example, “HK Express x CUHK – Gotta GO! Sustainable Explorer Challenge 2024”, a Military experiential learning camp, collaboration with the Liaison Office, anti-drug activities “CUHK adventure” and promotional booth, collaboration with Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Neo-Horizon, anti-drug Talk by Narcotics Bureau, Hong Kong Police Force etc.
CUHK Flag-guard Team
The CUHK Flag-guard Team, established in 2023, offers student teammates the opportunity to participate in training sessions and take part in flag-raising ceremonies at CUHK. By joining the team, students can expect to cultivate the following skills and qualities:
- Acquire essential skills in raising the national and regional flags
- Develop a stronger sense of belonging and commitment to CUHK and the community
- Enhance leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Students who complete the in-person training sessions conducted by the Hong Kong Army Cadets Association will become members of the CUHK Flag Guard Team.

ICAC Ambassador Programme
The ICAC Ambassador Programme is co-organised by the Independent Commission Against Corruption and CUHK. Aims at equipping young people in Hong Kong with integrity and engaging them in probity promotion. Details are as follows:

Outward Bound Training Programme
The Providence Foundation donates scholarships, bursaries as well as outward bound awards to tertiary institutions in Hong Kong. The Foundation sponsors certain undergraduate CUHK students to participate in Outward Bound Training for several days in Outward Bound Hong Kong each year. The programme aims at developing and improving participants’ decision-making, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
