In February and March, 15 teams of student from CUHK, were given the opportunity to host booths in the Tai Po Wish for You Bazaar, organized by Tai Po Home Affairs Department, Tai Po District Council, and Tai Po Arts Centre. The bazaar with aim to promote "Night Vibes Hong Kong", spanned across six festive days, namely Valentine's Day (13-14 February), Chinese Lantern Day (23-24 February), and White Day (13-14 March).

This entrepreneurial opportunity allowed CUHK students to showcase their creativity and business ideas. They presented a diverse range of unique and handmade products in the Bazzar. These products included vegetable and fruit bouquets, traditional hairpins, DIY neon lights, calligraphy works, hand-painted artwork, and more.

Participated students demonstrated impressive entrepreneurial skills and the ability to connect with the local community. This new initiative provides a new platform for CUHK students to turn the passion into enterprise and practice their generic skills.

By planning and operating the booths, the CUHK students not only gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship and management, but also allowed them to exhibit their talent and creativity.

Professor Ko Wing Hung, University Dean of Students, along with Ms. Elaine Tam, Director of Student Affairs, and Dr. Tommy Law, Head of Student Experience and Development Section, visited the bazaar to demonstrate their support for the students.
