Sport Facilities
CUHK provides a variety of sports facilities, including sports fields, gymnasia, outdoor 50-metre swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts. The Water Sports Centre is located on the Tolo Harbour shoreline. It is open for students, staff and alumni to canoeing, wind-surfing and sailing. You may book the Facilities managed by the Physical Education Unit by logging in to the Online Facilities Booking System for PEU Venue. Swimming Pool
The university swimming pool is managed by the Administrative and Facilities Division of the Student Affairs Office. It is primarily used by students for learning, practicing, and competing. Additionally, it is also open to faculty, staff, alumni, and other designated individuals.
Fees and Opening Hours
The University Swimming Pool will reopen on 6 May 2024 (Monday). The opening hours will be as follows:

Issuance and renewal of swimming cards will commence from 29 April 2024. Applicant may visit the Office of Student Affairs homepage to submit online application form (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13680900). CU Link Card holder is not required to apply for swimming card. Starting from 2022, staff quarter resident smartcard holders could present the resident smartcard instead of swimming card with the fee applied.
