Sharing is Caring: uPals Wellness Ambassador Exchange

From Wellness and Counselling Centre of the Office of Student Affairs, we are delighted to announce that our uPals Wellness Ambassador Scheme organized a trip to visit students on campus at CUHK (Shenzhen) from 12 to 13 January 2024. The trip provided wonderful opportunities for students from both the CUHK and CUHK (Shenzhen) communities to exchange ideas, strengthen bonds, and make a lasting impact on mental health initiatives. A total of 9 uPals ambassadors participated in this 2-day trip, promoting caring campus culture, while also fostering personal growth.
