The CUHK Student run Coffee Shop Startup (CU SuCCeSS) Pitching Competition 2025–26 took place on 24–25 March, with 10 out of 24 participating teams shortlisted. Untitled Coffee (流白咖啡) won the operation right at Fulton Centre LG 05.

Untitled Coffee will adopt a Japanese-style café concept, offering affordable yet high‑quality food and beverages, while creating a calming space where CUHK students and staff can take a break from their busy campus lives. The name “Untitled Coffee” also draws on the Chinese cultural meaning of “negative space(留白)”, creating a space with simplicity and room for imagination.
Alex, the team representative, shared, “We are grateful for the opportunity. We are proud to have stood out from those exceptional teams. The process has been a valuable learning experience for all of us. Our presentation may not have been perfect, but we believe that speaking from the heart and staying authentic was the key. We hope to build on the success of The Infinity Room, and to give back even more to CUHK.”
Untitled Coffee is now in the planning and preparation stage and is expected to open next semester. Through CU SuCCeSS, OSA will continue to walk alongside students and facilitate them flourish, and contribute through hands-on, meaningful campus experiences.
